We list image sizes and give you visual samples. Since what you see is what you get on our site (minus the watermark), we cannot offer refunds. Please review your order carefully prior to purchasing. If you require a watermarked JPEG sample, please contact customer service prior to purchase to request one.

Please note that you are responsible for seeking your own help with using images in programs and editing the files. We cannot be responsible for errors with programs, alterations, an email address typo, paypal using an outdated primary email address on file that you forgot about, re-sizing the images, transparent backgrounds, etc. We always recommend that you use the newest versions of vector programs when working with our vector files as many of them include highly advanced meshes or gradients.
